2. How do I login to Relax Mind?

   If you're on our mobile app then you need to visit on profile section and click on login now and complete the login process.

3. How do I contact Support Team?

   To contact the Support team, you can write to us directly at info@relaxmind.in We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

4. Do I need to Login before I can browse through content?

   Not at all. You can explore our vast library anytime and every time. However, to watch the content you'll have to sign up.

5. How do I discover videos on the app?

   You can search for any video by tapping on the 'Search' icon displayed on the top-right corner of the App and the Website.

6. Can I leave a video on one device and continue watching it on another device?

   Yes, you can! Just make sure you're logged in with the same account on all devices for a smooth playback experience.

Accounts and Setting

1. How do I edit my Profile?

   Open the app, go to the User Profile tab and then Click Edit Profile and update your profile.
   Note: You cannot change your registered Email Id.

2. I am having trouble logging into my account.

   Don't Worry! Please check if you've entered your Mobile Number and OTP correctly. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team.

Subscription

1. How can a user request for a refund?

   As a policy, Relax Mind does not offer any partial or full refunds. In case users require assistance regarding payments, they can contact us at info@relaxmind.in

2. Why I am not able to subscribe to Relax Mind?

   If you have entered incorrect bank or card details, the transaction will fail due to authentication error.

3. When will my subscription get activated?

   The subscription will be activated immediately after payment confirmation.
